Warranty Terms & Conditions


  1. MEXISS will provide spare parts free of change for repairing the set. However, free spare parts do not cover cabinet, buttons, and switches, controls and other related parts.
  2. The repairing of the set will be done FREE of charge.
  3. For service, the warranty card, duly filled and attested/stamped by the dealer, should be produced at the service center.
  4. This warranty will only be applicable on the sets used in Pakistan.

This warranty is limited and only for its warranted products and parts. Company is not responsible, directly or indirectly for any damage to its products.

Warranty Becomes Null and Void


  1. If any of service or repair is done by an Unauthorized Service Center other than the Authorized MEXISS Service Centers.
  2. If any fault arises due to an accident, improper use, transportation, mishandling, lightening, natural disaster or any action which is not in accordance with Company Operational Manual.
  3. On detachment of Serial Number from the set or any alteration in the Serial Number.
  4. If TV is burnt by cable voltage.
